The constituency Löbau I was a state electoral district for the state elections in Saxony in 1990 , the first state election after the re-establishment of the state of Saxony. It had constituency number 34. The constituency structure was changed for the 1994 and 1999 state elections . The area of the constituency Löbau I became part of the constituencies of Bautzen 1 and Saxon Upper Lusatia 1 .
The constituency consisted of the following 23 municipalities of the district Löbau : Beiersdorf , Cunewalde , Dürrhennersdorf , Ebersbach , Ebersdorf , Eibau , Friedersdorf , Großschweidnitz , Kottmarsdorf , Lauba , Lawalde , Neueibau , Neugersdorf , Spremberg , Niedercunnersdorf , Obercunnersdorf , Oberoderwitz , Oppach , Ottenhain , Ruppersdorf / OL , Schönbach , Walddorf and Weigsdorf-Köblitz . The other municipalities in the district were recorded via the constituencies of Görlitz, Land II - Zittau II - Löbau III (30) and Bautzen II - Löbau II (33).
