Warren County is a county in the state of New Jersey . At the 2000 census , the county had 102,437 residents and a population density of 111 people per square kilometer. The county seat is Belvidere . It was named after Joseph Warren (1741–1775), a general in the Massachusetts militia, killed at the Battle of Bunker Hill .

According to the 2000 census , the county had 102,437 people. There were 38,660 households and 27,487 families. The population density was 111 inhabitants per square kilometer.
