The Waterways and Shipping Office Trier (WSA Trier) was a waterways and shipping office in Germany. It belonged to the service area of ​​the General Directorate for Waterways and Shipping , formerly the Waterways and Shipping Directorate Southwest .

The authority was founded in Trier in 1952 . By merging the waterways and shipping offices of Trier, Koblenz and Saarbrücken , it was merged on June 13, 2019 in the new waterways and shipping office for Mosel-Saar-Lahn .

The Trier Waterways and Shipping Office was responsible for the Moselle from Koblenz to the border triangle (Germany, Luxembourg and France), including the route on which the Moselle is the border river to Luxembourg. • The outskirts of Wincheringen , responsible for the Moselle from Trier (Moselle km 197.4) to the border triangle (Moselle km 242.2). From Moselle km 206.0 to Moselle km 242.2, the Moselle is the sovereign territory of Germany and Luxembourg.
• The Trier building yard, especially for maintenance and repair work on ships and systems of the WSA Trier and Saarbrücken .
