The Waterways and Shipping Office Mannheim (WSA Mannheim) was a waterways and shipping office in Germany. It belonged to the service area of ​​the General Directorate for Waterways and Shipping , formerly the Waterways and Shipping Directorate Southwest .

By merging the waterways and shipping authorities in Mannheim and Freiburg , the new waterways and shipping department for Upper Rhine was merged on October 22, 2019 .
