A water-cooled single - cylinder engine , which was mounted in a mid-engine design in front of the rear wheel, provided the drive. The engine, which was made in Switzerland and was similar to the De Dion-Bouton engines , had a little more than 3 hp . The power transmission to the individual rear wheel was carried out by means of a belt. The weight was given as 280 kg, and the design-related top speed of 45 km / h.
