Egg was a Swiss manufacturer of automobiles .
Company history
Rudolf Egg, who previously headed Egg & Egli , founded the company for the production of automobiles in Zurich in 1914 . The production took place with the help of Fritz Moser from Moteurs Moser . The brand name was Egg . In 1919 the marketing as Egg ended. The Seebacher Maschinenbau AG took over production.
vehicles
There was only one model. Rudolf Egg designed the vehicle himself. A four-cylinder engine with side valves and 980 cm³ displacement from Zedel powered the car. The gearbox was mounted on the rear axle. The power was transmitted by a cardan shaft . There were two and four-seater versions on offer.
A vehicle still exists today.
