The Minelli AG is a Swiss company in the mechanical engineering and was a manufacturer of automobiles .
Company history
Mr. Minelli founded the company in Pfäffikon in 1961 , which has been active in the mechanical engineering sector ever since. Later his son Reto Minelli took over the management of the company. In 1995 work began on an automobile. The first two prototypes were exhibited at the Geneva Motor Show in 1998 . The brand name was Minelli . Subsequent production ran until 2001. Around 30 vehicles were built each year. Then Bloch Autotechnik took over the project.

The only model Minelli TF 1800 was a nostalgia vehicle. Hans Peter Sutter was the designer. It was a replica of the MG TF from 1953. The tubular steel frame and the chassis were our own designs. An open, two-seater roadster body made of fiberglass was mounted on top. For driving a saw Ford Zetec - four-cylinder engine with 1796 cc displacement and 115 hp . The new price was 62,500 Swiss francs or around 85,000 DM .
