Brzkov (Czech pronunciation: [ˈbr̩skof]) is a village and municipality (obec) in Jihlava District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 7.79 square kilometres (3.01 sq mi), and had a population of 266 (as at 3 July 2006).

Brzkov lies approximately 18 kilometres (11 mi) north-east of Jihlava and 114 km (71 mi) south-east of Prague.
