Bema is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Sondrio in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 80 km northeast of Milan and about 25 km west of Sondrio. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 145 and an area of 19.7 km².[3]

Bema borders the following municipalities: Albaredo per San Marco, Averara, Cosio Valtellino, Gerola Alta, Morbegno, Pedesina, Rasura.
