Jilem is a village and municipality (obec) in Havlíčkův Brod District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 6.45 square kilometres (2.49 sq mi), and has a population of 123 (as at 3 July 2006).

Jilem lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) north of Havlíčkův Brod, 36 km (22 mi) north of Jihlava, and 94 km (58 mi) south-east of Prague.
