Mysletice (Czech pronunciation: [ˈmɪslɛcɪʦɛ]) is a village and municipality (obec) in Jihlava District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 2.92 square kilometres (1.13 sq mi), and has a population of 117 (as at 28 August 2006).

Mysletice lies approximately 32 kilometres (20 mi) south-west of Jihlava and 126 km (78 mi) south-east of Prague.
