Velká Skrovnice is a village and municipality (obec) in Ústí nad Orlicí District in the Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 5.75 square kilometres (2.22 sq mi), and has a population of 275 (as at 2 October 2006).
Velká Skrovnice lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) north-west of Ústí nad Orlicí, 40 km (25 mi) east of Pardubice, and 137 km (85 mi) east of Prague.
