history

The first written mention of Libecina was in 1461 under the ownership of the Nový hrad castle, which was built by the captain of the Chrudim district, Zdeniek Kostka from Postupice , near Boží Dům . After the Kostka von Postupitz family died out, King Ferdinand I enfeoffed Jan Žatecky von Weikersdorf with the fallen castle of Nový hrad in 1559 . The following owners were the Lobkowitz Boogers from 1580 .

When the inheritance was divided between the brothers Nikolaus and Johann Viktorin von Lobkowitz, Zádolí was separated from the rule Nový hrad in 1594 together with the other northern villages belonging to Rychta Řepníky and the rule Hrochow-Teinitz, which had fallen to Jan Viktorin von Lobkowitz, was added. Jan Viktorin von Lobkowitz died in 1595, the new owner of the over-indebted rule became the creditor Johann Kolowrat -Bezdružický. After the Battle of White Mountain , the lordship belonging to Ludwig Kolowrat-Bezdružický was confiscated. The following owners were Barons Zeller von Rosenthal from 1622 to 1706. Johann Wenzel Zeller von Rosenthal bequeathed the rule to the Premonstratensian monastery of Hradisko in 1706 . After the abolition of the monastery, the rule fell to the Moravian Religious Fund in 1786 and was subject to the Imperial and Royal Bohemian State Property Administration. In 1824 it was sold to Georg Prokop von Lilienwald.

In 1835, the in consisted Chrudim District village located Libecina or Libecina even Libegcina called from 57 houses in which 359 people, including a Protestant family lived. There was an inn in the village. The parish was Neuschloß . In 1844 the Lilienwald heirs sold the estate to the textile manufacturer Peter Josef Schlechta . Until the middle of the 19th century, Libecina remained subject to the allodial rule of Hrochow-Teinitz.

After the abolition of patrimonial Libecina formed from 1849 with the district Javorničky / Jawornitschek a municipality in the judicial district Hohenmauth . From 1868 the community belonged to the political district Hohenmauth . The road between Neuschloß and Hohenmauth was built between 1895 and 1904 . Then the road from Javorník to Řepníky was laid out until 1913 . In 1925 the extinguishing water pond was created, in 1930 a cemetery was built on the western outskirts of Libecina. In the 1931 census, 347 people lived in the Libecina district and 125 in the Javorníček district. In 1937 the district of Libecina was electrified, Javorníček was not connected to the power supply until 1947. In the course of the municipal reform of 1960, the Okres Vysoké Mýto was repealed; since then the community has belonged to the Okres Ústí nad Orlicí . In the 1960s, the village streets were paved and a water supply was created in Libecina. Ten years later, the Javorníček district also received an aqueduct.
