The 59th Tour of Austria began on July 8, 2007 and ended on July 15, 2007 in Vienna . Due to the good organization in recent years, the organizers received an additional event day from the UCI .

Stijn Devolder from the Discovery Channel Pro Cycling Team won the tour for the first time. Gerald Ciolek from the T-Mobile team won two stages and the overall sprint classification. Christian Pfannberger from the Elk-Haus-Simplon team secured the mountain classification . The team score won as the year before the Irish Tenax team.
