1 NK Slavonac did not have a home stadium suitable for the first division and had to be relegated to the fifth division. Međimurje Čakovec rose in fifth, and Hrvatski dragovoljac in sixth was allowed in the relegation. With HNK Trogir there was also only one athletic relegation.
