Cabinet Bene Comune
The Bene Comune cabinet ruled San Marino from December 5, 2012 to December 27, 2016.
The electoral alliance San Marino Bene Comune, consisting of the lists Partito Democratico Cristiano Sammarinese - Noi Sammarinesi (PDCS-NS), Partito dei Socialisti e dei Democratici (PSD) and Alleanza Popolare (AP) was founded on September 24, 2014. In the early parliamentary election on November 11, 2012, the alliance received 50.07% of the votes cast and 35 of the 60 seats in the Consiglio Grande e Generale .
The Cabinet (Congresso di Stato) was elected by Parliament on December 5, 2012. Eight ministers (Segretario di Stato) were elected. The designated tourism minister Teodoro Lonfernini held office until April 1, 2013 as one of two heads of state (Capitano Reggente) . The Ministry of Tourism was temporarily taken over by Foreign Minister Valentini .

Changes
Teodoro Lonfernini served as Capitano Reggente until April 1, 2013 , during which time the Ministry of Tourism was provisionally headed by Pasquale Valentini.
The Minister of the Territory, Matteo Fiorini, resigned on March 4, 2014 for personal reasons.
Finance Minister Felici announced his resignation on October 15, 2014 after allegations of involvement in the conto Mazzini affair had been raised against him. It concerns the suspicion of money laundering by criminal organizations and the bribery of San Marinese politicians.
The Minister for Territory, Antonella Mularoni, announced her resignation on July 27, 2016. Your party, the AP, left the ruling coalition. Their responsibilities were divided between the other ministries. After attempts to reshuffle the government failed, new elections were called for November 20, 2016.
