The ATP Challenger Helsinki (officially: Helsinki Challenger ) was a tennis tournament that was held annually in Helsinki , Finland from 1983 to 1991 . It was part of the ATP Challenger Tour and was played indoors on a hard court. Peter Palandjian was the only one to win two titles in doubles. In addition, Jakob Hlasek was successful once in singles and doubles.
