Aaron Troschke (born August 3, 1989 in Berlin ) is a German presenter , reporter and web video producer . He became famous through his appearances on Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? as well as celebrity Big Brother and operates a YouTube channel with over a million subscribers.

Life

After a discontinued training as a masseur and medical lifeguard, Aaron Troschke first completed an apprenticeship as a retail salesman at Shell , then with a men's outfitter . From 2011 he was temporarily the owner and operator of the “Back & Snack” bakery shop in Berlin-Weißensee , which he no longer runs himself, but has leased for the benefit of his media career. Troschke has applied to be a VIVA presenter several times without success . He became known in 2012 for his appearance on the RTL television show Wer wird Millionär? , in which he earned 125,000 euros. Then Troschke was in various talk shows such as B. stern TV and Markus Lanz as guests. In the summer of 2012 Troschke was a backstage reporter for point 12 on Das Supertalent . In December 2012 he was in charge of the first edition, Wetten, dass ..? Moderated by Markus Lanz . Troschke then studied in the Frank Elstner master class at the Axel Springer Academy . However, he broke off his apprenticeship without graduating in order to start his YouTube channel Hey Aaron !!! build up. In 2013 he hosted his own radio show on the Berlin local station 105'5 Spreeradio , Aaron bakes and chops .

Troschke is the winner of the second season of the Sat.1 - reality show Celebrity Big Brother , which was sent from Aug. 13 to 29, 2014. He won € 100,000 in “Celebrity Big Brother”.

Aaron Troschke has two brothers and a sister who can be seen on his YouTube channel again and again.

On January 31, 2015 Troschke was a participant in the show "Let's Play Poker", which was broadcast live on MyVideo and in which eight well-known YouTubers played poker against each other. Since August 2015 Troschke has been moderating the web show of Celebrity Big Brother (Sat.1).

On August 10, 2017, Troschke published his book Lucky !!! My many lives from gas station assistant to kiosk owner, from television candidate to YouTube phenomenon. From 2017 to 2018 he hosted the program “Dein Krempel oder Ich!” On RTL II together with junk expert Johanna Schultz. Aaron Troschke is a co-founder of ReachHero. Since mid-2018 he has moderated the quiz show "QuizHero". Since December 2018 Troschke has had the podcast Hauptsache Podcast together with C-BAS from Bullshit TV. Since August 2020 Troschke has had his own series Shame Game with streaming provider Joyn .

Style and message

Aaron Troschke makes fun of influencers, top models and other celebrities in most of his videos, mostly he does it at trade fairs by asking them questions with a political background or joking about their lives on the internet or television. Troschke emphasized several times that this was all just fun. Most of his interviewees also understand his humor.
