Attention customs! is a detective film series produced by the regional broadcasters of ARD and the French broadcaster TF1 in 1979 and 1980 . The episodes of German origin (1 to 42) were 25 minutes long, while the French episodes (43 to 48) with the original title Opération Trafics were 45 minutes. The broadcast in Germany took place in the evening programs.

background

Five different ARD regional stations produced their own episodes with their own protagonists, locations and authors , similar to the crime scene . In addition, there were other episodes of the French channel TF1 , which were previously produced but shown as the last episodes in Germany. The place of investigation was always the customs border district of the respective scene. A total of ten seasons were produced, three by NDR , two each by WDR and SDR and one each by SWF , HR and TF1. Typically, a season consisted of four to six episodes in which the investigative team of the respective broadcaster solved the cases.

concept

The investigators of the individual broadcasters clear up customs offenses. In the episodes of the NDR the scene of Lübeck-Travemünde is , financial contender Horst Brinkmann ( Arnfried Lerche ) and customs inspector Jutta Edinger ( Marietta Schupp ) investigate the German-German border. The protagonists of HR are customs secretary Stadler ( Hubertus Petroll ) and customs inspector Karin Wünsche ( Susanne Beck ). They are processing their cases at Frankfurt Airport . The SWF lets customs secretary Hans Peter ( Robert Wolfgang Schnell ) and dog handler Willi Nahe ( Peer Augustinski ) become active on the German-French border in Effelstein (filming locations Scheibenhard and Scheibenhardt ) . Vanloo ( Peter Seum ) is being trained at several offices for WDR . Zolloberamtsrat Weigert ( Joachim Wichmann ) and Zollamtsrat Heckmann ( Raphael Wilczek ) work for the SDR in Stuttgart. Finally, inspector Mathieu ( Guy Marchand ) works for TF1 in the Strasbourg area .
