Marietta Meade (born December 8, 1956 ; actually Ora Simcha Mead ) is a Belgian - American actress , voice actress , translator and author .

Meade took ballet lessons from the age of 6. She made her acting debut (under the name Marietta Schupp ) at the age of 7 alongside Heidi Brühl at the Deutsches Theater in Munich in the musical Annie Get Your Gun . Numerous appearances in TV commercials followed .
At the age of 16, as a student of the US choreographer and dancer Bill Milié, she received a scholarship from the city of Munich as the best young dance talent. She is a trained dancer in the fields of classical ballet, jazz dance, tap dance and flamenco. Her teachers include Larry Fuller (New York), Gordon Coaster (Zurich), Brigitta Trommler (Munich), Yella Colombo (Zurich), Richard Demi (Paris), Zoe Sealy (Minneapolis). She also has completed training in singing and musicals.
In 1972 Meade (as Marietta Schupp) was the film daughter of Peter Alexander and was mainly on vacation in front of the camera; Director: Peter Weck . From 1986 to 1995 Meade was married to the renowned Belgian photo artist and photo journalist Jean-Marie Albert Bottequin . From this marriage they have children Ezra (born 1988), Avital (born 1989) and Ayalah (born 1992). From 2001 to 2009 Meade was married to British nutrition and health advisor Dr. David R. James . Meade has been married to US financial advisor Michael L. Murphy since 2009 . Meade lives in the USA.
Current
Since 2009 Meade has been president of eSmog-Responders, Inc., which deals with information and products on the subject of electrosmog (Esmog).
