The men's 4 x 400 meter relay at the 2019 African Games took place on August 30 at the Stade Moulay Abdallah in Rabat .

Eight teams took part in the competition. Botswana won the gold medal with 3: 02.55 min, silver went to South Africa with 3: 03.18 min and Nigeria won the bronze medal with 3: 03.42 min.
