Anja Scheytt (born December 5, 1980 in Mannheim ) is a German ice hockey player . For the German women's national team , she has played 226 international matches in the course of her career, in which she scored 30 goals and prepared a further 31. She won a total of six German championship titles and played for Germany at the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City and 2006 in Turin . Between 2002 and 2013 she was active for the OSC Berlin- Schöneberg, having previously played for the Mannheim ERC .

At least between 2002 and 2006, Scheytt was a member of the Bundeswehr's sports promotion group, most recently with the rank of corporal .

In the 2011/12 season she ran in a game for the OSC as a goalkeeper.

In the 2015/16 season she returned to the ice and played a few games for the EC Bergkamen in the Bundesliga and the DEB Cup.

In addition to her career as an ice hockey player, she is also active as an inline skater hockey player and completed international matches for the German national inline hockey and street hockey team. Since at least 2004, she also plays at club level skater hockey since 2011 for the Spree Berlin Wolves in the 1st Bundesliga Women. Anja Scheytt is also managing director of the sports shop Spirit of Hockey in Berlin.
