The 2010/11 season was the 23rd edition of the women's ice hockey Bundesliga in Germany . The ESC Planegg / Würmtal won for the second time in the club's championship .

Before the season

The SV Brackwede , champion of the 2nd League North, the ERC Sonthofen , champion of the division of Bavaria and the ESG Esslingen , Master of Baden-Wuerttemberg League, gave up a climb, so again only seven participants levies a message for the league.
