The women's ice hockey Bundesliga season 1993/94 was the 6th Bundesliga season for women in Germany. As in the previous season , the reigning champions could not defend their title. For the first time the team from TuS Geretsried was able to prevail in the final against the team from the Mannheim ERC and won the only German championship title to date .

Relegation to the women's ice hockey Bundesliga 1994/95

In the relegation, the last two teams in the groups competed against aspirants for promotion in the regional leagues. The Herner EV no longer competed. In the southern group, no group was played, but relegation games between teams. Of the four relegated Bundesliga clubs, EV Pfronten was unable to prevail in the relegation games, so that the syndicate of ESC Planegg and ERSC Ottobrunn was promoted. To increase the strength of the Bundesliga North, 2 of the 3 participants in the relegation groups, which also included the DEC Eishasen Berlin and the Grefrather EV, qualified for the new season.

Finals

The four winners from the Bundesliga Group North and the two winners from Group South again took part in the final round. The two first-placed finishers were able to fight for a place in the final in the semi-finals. The two third-placed players previously played out 5th place.
