The women's ice hockey Bundesliga season 2003/04 was the 16th Bundesliga season for women in Germany. In the course of the season the TV Kornwestheim was able to prevail repeatedly , which won the x. Were able to win the title of German master .

The last three teams in each group played another placement round internally. Group North played 3 games against each opponent; Group South a double round with a return game, i.e. 8 games. Since the league was increased in the next season, there was no relegation.
