The women's ice hockey Bundesliga season 1994/95 was the 7th Bundesliga season for women in Germany. As in the previous season , the reigning champions could not defend their title. In contrast to the previous year, none of the teams from the northern group reached the final tournament, whereby the failure of the Mannheim team against the Füssen team in the quarter-finals was the surprise of the play-offs. For the first time since 1984 the Pesky Kids of ESG Esslingen were able to prevail in the final against the DEC Tigers from Königsbrunn and won the German championship title for the second time .

The preliminary round was carried out separately in the relays in a single round each against each with a return leg.

The teams in the first four places of the two groups advanced to the quarter-finals. The four other teams in the north group had to go into relegation. The last of the group south was determined as a direct relegation.

Relegation to the women's ice hockey Bundesliga 1995/96

In the relegation , apart from the DEC Eishasen Berlin, the Bundesliga clubs were able to prevail. GSC Moers was able to take the place of the Berliners in the Bundesliga. Like the 1st Hennef EC Bonn, the team from Moers qualified by taking first place in one of the two groups of the North Rhine-Westphalia Regional League. The VERC Lauterbach qualified for the relegation by winning the group of the Regionalliga Hessen. The ERC Schwenningen achieved direct promotion to the Bundesliga group south by winning the group after participating in the Bayernliga.

Quarter finals

In contrast to previous years, there were no further group matches, but a real quarter-final. In this, the four first placed in the preliminary round group north crossed against the teams in group south against each other. The four winners reached the semi-finals . For the losers, the season was over. In the end, all the teams in the southern group prevailed.
