The Argenaue Reutenen area is a landscape protection area designated by ordinances of July 31, 1985 and October 7, 1996 by the Tübingen regional council (LSG number 4.35.002) in the east of the Baden-Württemberg community of Langenargen in the Lake Constance district in Germany .
location
The eleven hectare (ha) large, two- part nature reserve Argenaue Reutenen is part of the Lake Constance basin . It is located east of Langenargen, between the Argen in the east, Landstrasse 334 in the north, the residential area around Bleichstrasse in the west and Argenweg in the south, at an altitude of around 400 m above sea level. NN . The conservation area includes among other things the tub Reutenen and community spaces .
Protection purpose
The main protection purpose is to preserve this area of the Argenaue, which belongs to the prehistoric river bed, with its relief and the agricultural areas interrupted by groups of trees and littered meadows . This diverse landscape, which is also important as a recreational area, and the remainder of the alluvial forest urgently require special protection.
