Life

Arno Wyzniewski is one of the actors who began their career as a child speaker in radio plays at school age. Later, the actor was particularly remembered for playing the character of Sepp Gomulka, who doubted the war, in The Adventures of Werner Holt (1965). He showed outstanding acting performance in the portrayal of Frederick the Great in the series Sachsens Glanz and Preussens Gloria (1985) and Joseph Goebbels in the film Ernst Thälmann (1986). Wyszniewski played his role in Saxony's glamor and Prussian glory so convincingly that the GDR satirical magazine Eulenspiegel ironically spoke of "the times of the great King Arno Wyzniewski" with an allusion to Frederick the Great .

In addition, he lent a voice actor Jeremy Brett in the TV series Sherlock Holmes from 1984 his distinctive voice.
