Before the 2015 territorial reform, Atudara had an area of 22.49 km². Now it is 27.49 km². The Suco is spread over two separate territories in the administrative office of Cailaco. The area in the northwest borders the Suco Purugua to the north, Dau Udo to the east and Meligo to the south . To the west is the Atabae administrative office with its Suco Hataz . The Timoreme River flows along the southern border before it swings north and flows into the Lesupu , which follows the northern border and finally flows into the western border river, the Nunura . The rivers are part of the Lóis system . A country road leads through the area from south to north, the Cailacos capital Marko with Hatolia Vila (municipality of Ermera ). The village of Maumela lies on her . In the south there is a fork in the road to Dilatorobo village . To the north are the towns of Poelete and Paslete . According to some maps, the place Cailaco is in the far east , but this contradicts other sources ( see Cailaco ). In Maumela there is a preparatory school for the secondary level.

Atudara’s second territory is to the south-east of the Cailaco Administrative Office. The Suco Raiheu is to the south , Manapa to the west and Goulolo to the north . To the east is the Atsabe administrative office with its Suco Laubono belonging to the municipality of Ermera . Along the northern border flows the Boroulo river , which flows into the Marobo following the eastern border , which in turn flows into the Lóis. Larger towns are in the center of the area: Atubuti ( Atu Buti ), Biatheo ( Biateo ), Nuapu ( Noapu ) and Tuturema There is a helipad for emergencies and a primary school, the Escola Primaria Atudara . This part of the sucos is very remote. For the parliamentary elections in East Timor in 2007 , the ballot boxes had to be brought to the polling station in the primary school by helicopter.

The four Aldeias Atubuti , Biatheo , Nuapu and Tuturema are located in the Suco .
