Bắc Kạn is a province ( tỉnh ) of Vietnam . It is located in the northeast of the country in the northeast region . The province is north of Hanoi and is very mountainous. She lives mainly from mining and forestry . Lake Hồ Ba Bể , located in the Ba Bể National Park, belongs to the province .
