Benjamin Wittmann (born April 2, 1987 in Dudenhofen ) is a former German track cyclist .

Benjamin Wittmann already won seven German championship titles in short-term disciplines on the track, in sprint , team sprint , time trial and keirin in the youth and junior class .

In 2004 in Los Angeles , Benjamin Wittmann was Junior World Champion in the team sprint together with Robert Förstemann and Maximilian Levy . He was able to repeat this success in 2005 (with René Enders instead of Förstemann). In 2006 Wittmann became German champion in the team sprint (elite), with Carsten Bergemann and Stefan Nimke . In 2007 and 2008 he was able to take second place in the national championships in the team sprint.

In 2006 Benjamin Wittmann was voted " Sportsman of the Year" by Rhineland-Palatinate. In 2010 he drove natural gas for the Chemnitz team . 2012 .
