Bill Badsey was an automobile manufacturer from South Africa .

Company history

The South African William John Badsey (* January 7, 1940 - February 19, 2001), or Bill Badsey for short , founded the company of the same name in 1979 and began manufacturing three-wheeled automobiles in 1981 . The brand name was Badsey . Production ended here in 1983. Already on September 8, 1982, he had in Ventura in the US state California Bill Badsey Racing USA founded. There he continued production.

vehicles

Badsey manufactured the Badsey Bullet from 1981, first in South Africa and from 1983 in the USA. This was a tricycle with a rear single wheel. In 1983 or around 1998 this model was discontinued. Eight vehicles were built from this. The Unique Vehicle & Accessory Company from England offered the model as a kit and as a complete vehicle in England from 1982, but did not sell anything.
