The brown ribbon (block number 10)

The 1937 postage stamps issued by the Deutsche Reichspost comprised 17 special stamps , most of which had a surcharge . Definitive stamps were not issued this year. There were four stamp blocks with four identical stamps each , which differed from block to block only by additional imprints for the various occasions or were not perforated on one block. There is no reliable information on the circulation of the stamps.
