Towards the end of the 18th century, the Bronnenmühle belonged to Vincenzenbronn . The mill had the Brandenburg-ansbachische Box Office Cadolzburg as a landlord . Under the Prussian administration (1792-1806) of the Principality of Ansbach, the Bronnenmühle was given house number 17 in the village of Vincenzenbronn.
As part of the municipal edict, Bronnenmühle was assigned to the Fernabrünst tax district formed in 1808 . It also belonged to the Fernabrünst rural community founded in the same year . On January 1, 1972, this was incorporated into the community of Großhabersdorf as part of the regional reform .
