Bruno Baptista

Bruno Baptista (born March 24, 1997 ) is a Brazilian automobile racing driver . He started in the GP3 series in 2017 .

Career

Baptista began his motorsport career in karting , where he remained active until 2013. 2014 Baptista joined the Formula racing and entered the 4-Championship Formula-South America to. He won four races and only missed the podium twice. He won the championship with 352 to 264 points ahead of Felipe Ortiz .

In 2015 Baptista moved to Europe to Koiranen GP in the alpine Formula Renault . He finished the season in 13th place overall. In addition, he took part in several races of the North European Formula Renault for Koiranen GP and Inter Europol and he made several guest starts in the Formula Renault 2.0 Eurocup for Koiranen GP and MP Motorsport . At the beginning of 2016 , Baptista competed for Victory Motor Racing in the Toyota Racing Series in New Zealand . He finished eleventh overall. Baptista then drove for Fortec Motorsports in Europe. He reached 14th place in the Formula Renault 2.0 Eurocup and 17th place in the Northern European Formula Renault.

In 2017 Baptista received a cockpit for the GP3 series at DAMS .
