Kobišnica

Bukovče ( Cyrillic Буковче ) is a village in Opština Negotin and in the Bor district in eastern Serbia . It is located on the Jasenička Reka River and is connected to the village of Kobišnica . Near the village there is the large Manastir Bukovo monastery .

history

The village was first mentioned in writing in Turkish records from 1530.

At that time the village had 50 houses, in 1586 it had 16, and during the Austro-Hungarian rule in 1736 it had 80 houses.
