Sikole is located in the Opština Negotin , one of the easternmost municipalities in Serbia , in the Okrug Bor in central Serbia . The village is located 360 meters above the Adriatic Sea .

education
Sikole has a school in the center of the village (1st to 4th grade). In 2006/2007 around 24 students were taught. The school opened in 1892.
