The castle Esbach is an Outbound medieval moated castle from the type of a motte (moth) on the western edge of the hamlet Esbach , a modern suburb of Feuchtwangen in Ansbach in Bavaria .
Originally the castle with the place was a knight seat. On July 13, 1444, Feuchtwanger Stift bought the castle and two courtyards for 190 guilders.
In the 20th century, the now leveled tower hill in the meadow on the outskirts of Esbach could still be seen.
