The Burgstall Sachsen is an abandoned medieval Niederungsburg east of Dorfstrasse and south of Hoher Graben in Saxony , a current district of Leutershausen in the Ansbach district in Bavaria .
Nothing is known about the history of the castle. In the local history, Fritz Schade von Sachsen bei Leutershausen is named as Ministeriale in 1349 , who worked as a judge in Leutershausen and had his aristocratic residence in Saxony. 1376 a Konrad Schade von Sachsen is mentioned.
No remains of the former castle complex have survived.
