The castle Hohenau is an Outbound medieval hilltop castle at 478  m above sea level. NHN on the Schlossbuck about 200 meters north of the center of Hohenau , a current district of the municipality of Oberdachstetten in the Central Franconian district of Ansbach in Bavaria .

No remains of the former castle complex have survived.

First mentioned in a document in 1398 as "Hohenaib", Johann von Hohenlohe sold the place to the Burgraviate of Nuremberg .
