The place is surrounded by arable land and grassland with a few trees. There is a larger solar system in the east.

history

The place belonged to the manor Vestenbergsgreuth , which was part of the knight canton Steigerwald . The Nuremberg patricians owned Rieter in the village as early as the 15th century . In 1802 most of the properties were still in Nuremberg. One property was under the Dachsbach caste and jurisdiction office .

As part of the municipal edict, Burgweisach was assigned to the Breitenlohe tax district formed in 1808, and then to the newly formed Kleinweisach tax district in 1810 . In 1818 the rural community Kleinweisach was formed, to which the place belonged. 5 properties were subject to voluntary jurisdiction by the patrimonial court of Vestenbergsgreuth (until 1848).

On January 1, 1972, Burgweisach was incorporated into the newly formed community of Weisachgrund as part of the regional reform . This was incorporated into the Vestenbergsgreuth market on May 1, 1978 .
