Dietersdorf is a district of the market Vestenbergsgreuth in the district of Erlangen-Höchstadt in Middle Franconia .

geography

The hamlet is immediately surrounded by arable land and grassland, to which a forest area connects to the north and west, called Eichholz in the north . Approx. The Düllberg ( 393  m above sea level ) rises 1 km to the northeast . The place is located on a left tributary of the Gründleinsbach, which in turn is a left tributary of the Kleine Weisach .

history

The place was first mentioned in 1136 as "Tiderichesdorf", in which the donation of property by the widow of Winezo von Aschbach to the Michelsberg monastery was attested. In 1348 two Bamberg fiefdoms were mentioned, which were controllable by the Bamberg caste office in Wachenroth . The Nuremberg patricians Rieter also owned the property in the 15th century. The high jurisdiction was the castellschen Cent Burghaslach until 1803 . The village and community rulership was jointly exercised by the caste office Wachenroth, the Brandenburg-Bayreuth monastery office in Frauenaurach , the Nuremberg state charity office and the parish of Burghaslach.

As part of the community edict, Dietersdorf was assigned to the Breitenlohe tax district formed in 1808, and then to the newly formed Kleinweisach tax district in 1810 . In 1818 the rural community Kleinweisach was formed, to which the place belonged. In the voluntary jurisdiction, two properties were subordinate to the Burghaslach Lordship Court (until 1849) and one property to the Vestenbergsgreuth Patrimonial Court (until 1848).

On January 1, 1972 Dietersdorf was incorporated into the newly formed community of Weisachgrund as part of the regional reform . This was incorporated into the Vestenbergsgreuth market on May 1, 1978 .
