César / Best Animated Film
Winner and nominee of the French César film award in the category of best animated film (Meilleur film d'animation) . The category was introduced for the 2011 award. From 2011 to 2013, short animated films also competed in this price category, but failed to prevail over the feature films in those three years. Since 2014, they have had their own award category again: Best Animated Short Film (Meilleur court métrage d'animation) , which existed between 1977 and 1990.
