CIMB KL Open 2010

The CIMB KL Open 2010 took place from March 15th to 20th, 2010 in Kuala Lumpur , Malaysia . The men's squash tournament was part of the PSA World Tour 2009/10 and belonged to the International 50 category . The women's tournament was part of the WSA World Tour 2009/10 and belonged to the Gold 50 category .

The defending champions were Peter Barker and Natalie Grainger . Ramy Ashour defeated Karim Darwish 11: 8, 11: 8 and 11: 9 in the men's final . In the women’s top seeded Nicol David defeated her opponent Omneya Abdel Kawy 11: 4, 11: 2 and 13:11.

The field of participants in the men's competition consisted of 16 players, four of which were reserved for qualifiers. The eight best players were seeded. For the women, the main field also comprised 16 starting places, four of which were for qualifiers. The best eight players were seeded. Per Wildcard received Muhd Asyraf Azan and Delia Arnold each a spot in the main draw.
