CIMB KL Open Squash Championship 2011

The 2011 CIMB KL Open Squash Championships took place from March 15th to 20th, 2011 in Kuala Lumpur , Malaysia . The men's squash tournament was part of the PSA World Tour 2010/11 and belonged to the International 50 category . The women's tournament was part of the WSA World Tour 2010/11 and belonged to the Gold 50 category . Both fields were endowed with 50,000 US dollars.

Defending champions were Ramy Ashour and Nicol David , with only David running again. Karim Darwish won the men's final against Mohamed Elshorbagy 11: 9, 11: 9 and 11: 3. Darwish was defeated by Ashour in the final last year. Nicol David managed another successful title defense. She won the final against Madeline Perry 11: 6, 11: 6 and 11: 2.

The field of participants in the men's and women's competition consisted of 16 players each, four of which were reserved for qualifiers. The eight best players were seeded. Per Wildcard received Mohd Nafiizwan Adnan and Low Wee Wern each a spot in the main draw.
