Canal 9 is a private television broadcaster from Denmark that went on the air on July 17, 2009 and is now part of Discovery Inc. , previously it was part of C More Entertainment from 2009 to 2015 .

The channel is a retro channel, the older documentaries from the Discovery Channel and old 80s Action & Comedy series like Miami Vice , Das A-Team , Magnum and M * A * S * H and with football on the weekends from the Danish Super League , UEFA Europa League , La Liga and Serie A . The channel shares sports rights with Eurosport and 6'eren , it was originally launched as a low-pay sister channel on Canal + in July 2009.
