The Canon EOS D6000 (also Kodak Professional DCS 560 ) is a digital SLR camera . It was developed in cooperation between the Japanese manufacturer Canon and the US company Kodak and from March 1998 it was sold exclusively on the Japanese market. The development is based on the Canon EOS system.

technical features

The camera has an APS-H sensor with 6.0 megapixels in CCD technology with a format factor of 1.3. The images from the camera are saved on PCMCIA -ATA Type I, II and III cards. The official memory limit was 340 MB, but this can now be easily expanded with larger cards. The camera has a FireWire connection and has a monophonic audio recording function as well as a 1.8 ″ color LCD . The dimensions of the camera are 16.1 cm × 9.2 cm × 17.4 cm (W × D × H). It weighs about 1.7 kg. Canon EOS-1N housings were used to manufacture the housing .
