The Canon EOS 500D (in Japan EOS Kiss X3 , in North America EOS Rebel T1i ) is a digital SLR camera from the Japanese manufacturer Canon , which was launched in May 2009. It is no longer produced.

history

The device is the first camera from the Canon EOS digital camera family with a three-digit model number that can also be used to record video.
