The Canon EOS-1D X Mark II is a digital SLR camera from the Japanese manufacturer Canon , which was launched in May 2016. The manufacturer is targeting professional photographers with this model.

The camera has the following features, among others:

  • 4K video with up to 60 fps for up to 30 minutes of recording time
  • Continuous recordings up to 14 frames per second with autofocus; 16 frames per second in live view mode with locked mirror and without autofocus. These frame rates are only available with the LP-E19 battery . The LP-E4 battery enables 12/14 fps.
  • Full HD video up to a maximum of 120 fps.
  • Autofocus points support an aperture of up to f / 8.
  • All AF points are permanently illuminated in red.
