The Canon EOS 80D is a digital SLR camera from the Japanese manufacturer Canon , which was launched on the market in May 2016. The camera has been available in two kit versions (with lens 18-55 mm or 18-135 mm) since 2016.

The camera is available as a single housing and in two packages ( kits ) with the EF-S 18-55mm f / 3.5-5.6 IS STM or EF-S 18-135 mm f / 3.5-5.6 IS lenses, which are optimized for silent focusing during video recordings USM available.
